The cold brew process uses cold or room temperature water to extract coffee flavors, producing a smooth, full-bodied cup of coffee that can be enjoyed cold or hot. Brewing at a lower temperature, instead of using heat, extracts fewer bitter flavors and results in a less acidic and more balanced cup of coffee. While traditional cold brewing methods can take anywhere from 12-24 hours, the Cuisinart Cold Brew Coffeemaker delivers cold brew in a fraction of the time of manual cold brewers in as little as 25 minutes!

Making Cold Brew
Add ground coffee to the filter basket and fill the water tank with cold or room temperature water. We recommend using 1" scoops of medium-to-coarse ground coffee per cup of water.
Begin Brewing
Select your preferred coffee strength and press BREW to begin the brew cycle. The coffee filter basket gently spins and pauses throughout the brew cycle.
After Brewing
Once brewing is complete, slide the lever to the release position to let finished cold brew flow into the carafe. Enjoy!
