I paid for shipping protection in case of mishandling of my purchase. The box arrived undamaged and everything inside was well protected so I may not have needed this insurance, but i am satisfied

A return is a return no matter what the reason for it. To charge someone to return something is not good customer service even if it was for shipping. If your firm had locations. We could just return at the location within the allotted timeframe.

Air purifier arrived quickly and in great condition. The refurbished air purifier came with a new internal filter and a new odor neutralizer that plugs into the top. So far it is working great on all functions.

Excellent product - better than expected. I love the notification of when the battery is low of cleaning has completed and the Dreame ZI comes to the edge of the pool to be retrieved. In addition the remote allows to to manually direct the unit.

I bought my item listed as “new.” The item was not new, had been previously opened, all the stickers were moved around and the unit had scratches and dust and smudges all over it. Not worth the hassle of a return, but I don’t reccomended buying from Verdi.
it was packed like it was new from JBL I turned it on at it paired right away and sounded as good as the 710 and the 520 is a big upgrade from the 310 and I saved 100 dollars buying refurbished. A very happy customer
