Product arrived in like new condition but unfortunately mine was defective and have already had to go through a warranty replacement. Not a great experience considering all the hoops I had to go through in return for purchasing a refurbished model.

Once it arrived I immediately put it to use! I should have done a before and after on my couch! I have a beige couch with 3 kids all under 8 years old. So we get grimy fingers on everything. I havent used it on my carpet yet, but i was pleased sith the suction level for using the hand piece attachement. It arrived quicker than i anticipated and works great.

I was looking for a speaker that had the size to give enough volume for outside listening. We like to take it out on the boat and beach, and the water plus dust proof design is important. The quality is like new and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again or anything else from Verdi.com.
So I read that occasionally these Hatch are hard to restart if they have been paired previously but the Verdi site made it clear the product would be ready to go. It was not. Spent several hours restarting, turning off, turning on and doing it all again to no avail. Very disappointed

Bluetooth connectivity did not work with this device. I got it refurbished from the company, but without Bluetooth connectivity working with the device, I cannot program the device to have meal times because there’s no interface that I can do it manually on the device itself.
