Surpassed my expectations. I thought it would be a washed out refurbished product but this was almost as good as a new one. Just a tiny smug which came off easily. Very happy.

This machine is so great! So many good functions. There’s no space to brew a pot of coffee but you can brew a large amount in a thermos or a bigger container. It’ll grind the beans for you as well which is very helpful! The milk frother is a little loud but other than that we are very happy with our purchase!

Product arrived in great condition and the product was NEW! Works great! Was a awesome price point compared to Samsung.com even with Black Friday! The only problem is that when I went to register it with Samsung, the site told me Warranty wasn't available cause this product was not from the US.

If I could give 0 I would have. Projector came defective and would not turn on. No compensation for the inconvenience. Totally disappointed.

I upgraded from a Samsung HW-B550 2.1 soundbar that was chosen as a cheap compact upgrade from TV speakers with a small TV in a condo. We've since moved and have a much larger TV. A discrete multichannel surround system was forbidden by the interior decorator. I needed something that was just a soundbar + sub. The HW-Q800F was the best sounding (according to Rtings) soundbar + sub that would fit within the width of the stand the TV is on. It is a significant upgrade for multichannel content (anything with a discrete .1) because content is not downmixed to stereo which neuters (or discards) the LFE (sub) channel.
No one is going to mistake it for having real rear surround sound speakers or real overhead speakers, but it probably sounds about as good as soundbar of this size can. Dialog is clear, the sub really fills out the sound & has more bass than I expected given the size of it. The soundstage is bigger/wider than the soundbar. 2 channel music sounds pretty good too. It's not going to play at reference levels or clobber you with house shaking 20Hz bass, but for as unassuming as it is, it really adds to the sonic experience of TV shows and movies at moderate volumes.
