I ordered my JBL 1300 MK2 on Friday, expecting it to be delivered on Tuesday. 24 hours later, UPS was knocking at my door. The item was very nicely packed. Though it was refurbished, it looks, works, and sounds brand new. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I thought I was purchasing a refurbished vacuum. It was not refurbished at all. It camewith a plugged up hose. There was a Ziploc baggie stuck in it and the filter inside was completely wet. I’m lucky I wasn’t electrocuted. I asked for a partial refund. They were only willing to fully refund. If I return the vacuum, I was not willing to return the vacuum because they did not have a replacement and I really love these shark vacuum cleaners and we got it working well after all our troubles I feel they should’ve given us a partial refund for all our efforts

They sent a prepaid mailing label for a free return and processed my refund. I decided to give it another try and purchased again a couple of days later. This time, it worked perfectly right out of the box. I'm glad I gave them a second chance.
