This is a great buy and a great product. There was an issue with UPS but Verdi happily and quickly resolved the issue and sent a new bar my way. I will buy again from this store.

I have bought a few things "refurbished" in the past and been happy with them. In fact, all the Kindles I have are refurbs. Lately though, I have been more hesitant to buy refurbs as I have been burned a couple times on eBay. I took a chance with this purchase through Verdi and I could not be happier. The box was the only thing that appeared to be NOT in perfect condition. Everything inside was nicely packed and looked brand new. I did notice that it said something like "Refurbished by Cuisinart" on the box and it was not a sticker or anything after market, so maybe it is a Cuisinart thing? I will DEFINITELY be making Verdi my first stop for all future purchases of this kind.
I'd been considering other espresso/coffee machines for a while, particularly the B brand. But I saw great reviews for this one, and planned to get it instead. The retail price bumped up from $500 to $550, so I figured I'd wait for a sale (this price was consistent across *all* sellers, so there was no competitive pricing option). Then I found Verdi, and saw that it was selling for a steep discount. I love the idea of buying returns--less waste, lower price, etc. This machine has been amazing. Coffee and espresso drinks are almost completely automatic, and the results are amazing. The machine was in great shape, indistinguishable from new once I rubbed out an apparent scuff on the back corner. Time will tell whether it's a durable/reliable product, but after about a month I'm absolutely impressed!
I was sad I missed the Christmas sale, this Was $400 Brand new. Saw this a couple months ago and decided to give it a try. I never heard of Verdi before so I was a Little leary. Shipped fairly quickly, kept me posted the entire time. Speaker sounds amazing. Very happy, a month later I bought some pots and pans from here. All good too.
