The Orbi system supports 802.11ax Wi-Fi and is designed to deliver up to 6000 Mb/s of total bandwidth across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, with a dedicated 5 GHz signal linking the mesh devices together. MU-MIMO technology, combined with implicit and explicit Beamforming, allow for fast, efficient, and reliable wireless connections with devices.

Wired Connections

Each Orbi RBK853 device has four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports for connecting wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, and computers. The router has a 2.5GbE WAN port to take full advantage Multi-Gig internet speeds with compatible hardware.
