Item arrived used and open

I bought my item listed as “new.” The item was not new, had been previously opened, all the stickers were moved around and the unit had scratches and dust and smudges all over it. Not worth the hassle of a return, but I don’t reccomended buying from Verdi.

I’m very pleased with this unit

I’m very pleased with this unit. It is my second one after having the first for over nine months. Really impressed with the jet focus feature and the temperature control with the heating feature.

To clean the filters on the Dyson Hot+Cool Bladeless Fan/Heater AM09, first, ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged. Then, remove the filter cover, take out the filter, and wash it under cold water; allow it to dry completely before reinserting it -thank you
