But some foods, such as cheese, cold cuts and vegetables, release moisture under vacuum and are simply no longer as appetising. The ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE drip tray is available in a set of 2 to ensure this doesn't happen again. These high-quality, BPA-free plastic drip trays ensure that the liquid seeps through the large holes to the bottom of the food storage container, while your food remains elevated around 10 mm high on the tray. They are also ideal for thawing frozen dishes.The grey drip tray is a FRESH & SAVE accessory that has been specially designed for our plastic vacuum boxes. It fits inside perfectly but is also easily removed from boxes, thanks to the side recesses. The drip tray is dishwasher-safe, freezer-proof and reusable. The set of 2 includes one tray each for ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE plastic boxes M and L.
