This Bluetooth 4.2-equipped speaker features four active transducers—two 0.8" tweeters and two 4" woofers—and two JBL bass radiators that combine for up to 60W of output power (up to 40W on battery). It allows two Bluetooth devices to connect simultaneously so you can share DJ duties. It's IPX7 waterproof, making it suitable for use at the pool or beach, and can connect to up to 100 other speakers equipped with JBL Connect+.
Two sound modes let you adjust your speaker to the environment: Indoor mode has deeper bass and richer sound, and outdoor mode is more expansive with a longer battery life. The Boombox's 20,000mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 24 hours of operation on a full charge, and can be recharged with the included power adapter. Using the Boombox is meant to be an easy and intuitive experience. With support for digital assistant software, you can control the BoomBox with simple voice commands. Additionally, the Boombox features dual USB ports that can charge any of your compatible devices.
