Consistent Cooking Temperature

The NuWave Brio uses a digital switch built into the unit that cycles on 120 times per second, checking the temperature inside the unit every time and minimizing temperature fluctuations. Other air fryers shut off their heat as much as 20-40 times an hour, resulting in the cooking temperature deviating by as much as 40°F which is no way to properly cook. You'd never shut your stove off while you're cooking, why would you want an air fryer that does just that? The NuWave Brio ensures that the temperature you set is the temperature you get.

Digital Temperature Control

The NuWave Brio can cook between 100°F and 400°F, adjustable in 5°F increments with the simple press of a button. Simply use the arrows on the control panel to quickly and easily customize your precise cooking temperature.

100 Preset Menu Selections

The 4.5-quart NuWave Brio features 100 recipe presets already programmed into the unit. This means that with the simple press of a button, the Brio will automatically cook at just the right temperature for just the right amount of time for some of the most popular dishes. The Brio has presets for everything from broccoli to burgers to chicken breasts and even cookies. And if you want to program your own recipes into your Brio, you can do just that with the Brio's save your own custom recipes directly into the unit.

Convenient Cooking Features

The NuWave Brio's Preheat button ensures the cooking chamber is at the perfect temperature even before you start cooking. The Sear button lets you sear the juices into your food before cooking for perfectly crispy results that remain tender. The Warm button will keep your food at the perfect temperature until you’re ready to eat.

Wattage Control

You can adjust the wattage 4.5-quart NuWave Brio requires with the simple press of a button. Choose between the default 1800 watts, 1500 watts or 900 watts.

Patented Fry Pan Basket

The NuWave Brio's Fry Pan Basket is specially designed to facilitate air flow from all directions. The stainless steel basket net has a meshed design to allow the hot air to circulate around your food from the top and the bottom. The sides of the basket also have holes in them to ensure the hot air cooks your food from every direction.

Advanced Safety Features
