The Taylor Waterproof Digital Instant Read Thermometer is designed to work accurately and precisely even after getting wet. With a wide temperature range, measuring in Fahrenheit and Celcius, up to 450F/230C, this thermometer is excellent for baking, grilling, or deep frying. The plastic storage sleeve is made with an anti-microbial additive that prevents surface bacteria growth and provides kitchen safety. Should the thermometer be dropped or out of calibration, it can be reset using our recalibration method, as noted in the instruction manual. One LR44 battery is included.
