The ViewSonic SC-T46 Thin Client supports major remote networking protocols, including Microsoft RDP with RemoteFX, Citrix HDX, and PCoIP for VMware View, making it suitable for virtualized environments. To help run local apps and graphics rendering, the SC-T46 is outfitted with an Intel Celeron N2930 quad-core processor, which operates between 1.83 and 2.16 GHz speeds, along with 4GB of DDR3 memory. For storing word docs, spreadsheets, and other files, 32GB of flash memory is on board. Windows 7 Pro is the installed operating system on this drive. Aside from storage, the Intel Celeron N2930 processor provides an integrated Intel HD Graphics chipset that delivers up to 1920 x 1200 resolutions through the SC-T46's two DVI ports. Other notable connections include three USB 2.0 ports as well as one USB 3.0 port to access external storage drives, printers, and other useful peripherals. For wireless access, ViewSonic has equipped the SC-T46 with 802.11ac Wi-Fi. There's also a Gigabit Ethernet port for fast and reliable network access.
