The Browning BR-2483-H antenna offers impressive performance across multiple frequency ranges, featuring a gain of 3 dBi for 806 to 960 MHz, 4 dBi for 1,710 to 1,990 MHz, and 2 dBi for 2,400 to 2,500 MHz. Designed for convenience, this wideband antenna comes pre-tuned, eliminating the need for any adjustments upon installation. Standing at just 3 1/4 in. tall, it boasts a heavy-duty solid-brass construction that ensures durability. The black chrome-plated solid brass NMO base adds to its robust design, supporting a power rating of up to 100 watts. Included with the antenna is a fully enclosed and shielded NMO mount, accompanied by a 17-ft. BR-200 precision RF coax cable. This cable features a tinned copper braid with over 95% coverage, bonded aluminum tape, and a solid bare copper center conductor, allowing for extremely low attenuation and low standing wave ratio (SWR) across all frequencies. Additionally, the precision SMA-male connector is already installed for your convenience. For installation flexibility, the antenna can be mounted using a stainless steel L-bracket, which comes in a sleek black finish, making it suitable for trunk groove or side mounting. It can easily fit in a 3/4-in. hole, ensuring you can set it up wherever you need. Overall, this antenna combines high performance with practical design, making it an excellent choice for your communication needs.
