Air purifier arrived quickly and in great condition. The refurbished air purifier came with a new internal filter and a new odor neutralizer that plugs into the top. So far it is working great on all functions.

This is my 2nd Shark Never Change Air Purifier from Verdi !! Id recommend anyone to get this big beautiful efficient air purifier at the best price with the fastest shipping! It may say reconditioned but the filter and odor neutralizer is sealed from the factory and so is the air cleaner!! Dont miss out!!

The top fins were dirty and smells bad. I cleaned each fin with a q-tip. The bottom plate that holds the filter in has 2 broken tabs, I had to tape it to secure it. I'm waiting to see if it filters the air. I installed the air freshener and helps with the bad odor. The 1st one I bought is like new. I'm disappointed with this 2nd unit. After a short time it filtered the air just fine. I will keep using it for now.

I was skeptical at first, but the item came in perfect condition and works as it should

it looked refurbished but the filter in the new bag stinks of mold or mildew, I tried to give it a chance but it stunk up the hole basement so I'm buying a new filter for it in hopes to save my time from getting the run around, I would like to know who certifies the refurbishing and the process for how it is done.

Definitely the best product and price! I didnt realize they had a big filter i had to unwrap on the bottom 🤣 i ran it a week not knowing! I just ordered another one!!

I was excited to receive my Shark Never Change Max Air Purifier, but then very disappointed to see the complete lack of protective packaging material inside the box. There were two small pieces of styrofoam at the bottom of the box, not even covering the base of the unit, then only two (of four I would assume) corner pieces of styrofoam at top (one damaged). That's it. I almost returned the unit upon seeing this! I went ahead and turned the unit on and it does work. The odor neutralizer was not sealed and dried out. After using the unit, I do like it but would rather purchase my next one from Costco if it ever goes on sale again. I'd have a new unit, properly packaged, and two fresh neutralizers. This experience has completely discouraged me from buying anything refurbished again. Please let your shippers know that you've lost a customer over cheap, careless, shipping. How much does styrofoam cost anyway.

Fan Makes a rubbing out of balance noise. Was a refurbished item. I know why, the fan makes a lot of noise. I would return but it’s in the basement and quite frankly tired of the hassle of always returning items and good enough for down there. If in my room like the non refurbished from Shark it would be going back. Disappointed and won’t buy from Verdi again.

This product is exactly as described. However, I’m giving it a 3-star rating because the remote control is not included with the air purifier.
