The Demeyere Asparagus/Pasta Cooker Set is made from 18/10 stainless steel with 2 handles, a lid and an asparagus basket with drain. This asparagus cooker is unique because in addition to the vertical cooking of asparagus, endives or other vegetables it is also ideal for the preparation of pastas. You can also blanch, boil and steam in it. Suitable for all cookers, induction included.
