The GoFit Ab Wheel is a great way to obtain a more toned set of abdominal muscles. While the rolling action of the Ab Wheel trains both the upper and lower abdominal walls, combining the Ab Wheel with a cardiovascular program such as the GoFit Jump Rope Program (sold separately) will get you the washboard stomach you may be trying for. The Ab Wheel is ideal for the fitness enthusiast, conditioned sportsman, or athlete who already possess ‘core strength’ and good flexibility. Beginners can work with the wheel but need to ensure that they do not put pressure on their lower back as a result of arching the back due to a weak core or lack of flexibility in the shoulders or hip flexors. * Before beginning any weight loss or exercise program, you should consult with your physician.
