Step up to great graphite sound. The pair of Proficient Audio C626 speakers features one of our very best woofers, a 6-1/2-in. model with a graphite-impregnated cone that’s stiffer than paper or polypropylene. You get clearer sound with lower distortion, all the way down to 45 Hz! A sweet-sounding, pivoting 1-in. silk-dome tweeter complements the graphite woofer’s refined sound. It’s the ideal pair of ceiling speakers for situations that demand affordable high performance. To make the C626 easy to drive for any amplifier, we gave it a forgiving 8-ohm impedance. We also gave it a sensitivity of 91 dB, so you can run it at high volumes even with a low-powered amplifier. It uses the same quick, sturdy mounting system and cutout template as our other 6-1/2-in. models, too. This speaker pair includes thin-bezel grilles held by neo magnets.
