The CARSON PocketMicro 20x to 60x LED Lighted Zoom Field Microscope with Aspheric Lens System is an LED-lighted pocket microscope that contains a 20x to 60x power zoom magnification range. For ideal use, hold the microscope flat against the surface and make sure the LED light is activated. Begin at the lowest 20x magnification and proceed to get your subject in focus using the focusing dial. Then, increase the magnification to your desired range by turning the zoom dial. This field microscope contains an internal aspheric lens system. An aspheric lens system allows the light rays passing through the lens to converge at a single focal point which provides for a sharp, clear and distortion-free image. This pocket microscope is ideal for examining plant buds, coins, stamps, bugs, nature, electronics, fabric, printing, and so much more. It is an ideal beginner microscope for children, students, hobbyists and even professionals. The Pocket Micro contains an extremely ergonomic, compact and lightweight design. It is powered by 1 AA battery (not included).
