The Taylor Precision High-Capacity Digital Kitchen Scale is your new kitchen workhorse! With an expanded capacity up to 33 lbs., this scale can be used for precise portioning, measuring baking ingredients, weighing food for dieting and even weighing heavy meats (such as stuffed turkey or rolled roast) to determine exact cooking times. The key advantage to this scale is the innovative HOLD feature. When using a scale with a high capacity, it is expected that a large bowl, plate or container needs to be used for weighing your food. But when the bowl, plate or container is covering up the readout, the HOLD feature comes in. Simply weigh your food, press the HOLD button and the weight of the food is displayed even when the bowl, plate or container is removed. No stretching or wrangling to see the readout again! This scale features a clean, glass platform with black back paint and brushed stainless steel accents for a modern, elegant look. The glass platform will not stain or absorb odors and is tempered for safety.
