Leaks right out of the box

Espresso machine came with several scratches and dents. The frother was stained with old milk it looked like. And there were several pieces missing like the tamper and the guard

I absolutely love my ninja luxe cafe, I can’t even figure out what could have possibly been wrong with it for it to be considered “refurbished”!! This was such a great deal, I am very satisfied with my purchase and have already told many people to check verdi before buying brand new!

Machine seem ti leak after every use for some reason Can I still use this return label since this machine keeps leaking? We’ve tried all the troubleshooting videos we could find, but it won’t stop leaking. Unfortunately, I have to return it.

Hello the machine was great. It was very dirty and kinda wet. And it was missing a part that I had to buy my self. The funnel that was not In the box. Besides that I got got it all cleaned up and ready to go. Will most likely buy from you all again.

This machine is so great! So many good functions. There’s no space to brew a pot of coffee but you can brew a large amount in a thermos or a bigger container. It’ll grind the beans for you as well which is very helpful! The milk frother is a little loud but other than that we are very happy with our purchase!

I'd been considering other espresso/coffee machines for a while, particularly the B brand. But I saw great reviews for this one, and planned to get it instead. The retail price bumped up from $500 to $550, so I figured I'd wait for a sale (this price was consistent across *all* sellers, so there was no competitive pricing option). Then I found Verdi, and saw that it was selling for a steep discount. I love the idea of buying returns--less waste, lower price, etc. This machine has been amazing. Coffee and espresso drinks are almost completely automatic, and the results are amazing. The machine was in great shape, indistinguishable from new once I rubbed out an apparent scuff on the back corner. Time will tell whether it's a durable/reliable product, but after about a month I'm absolutely impressed!
