A single click on the app lets you answer the door in real-time with a 1-way video call directly from your smartphone. The Quick Reply option lets you respond instantly with pre-recorded messages when you are busy or occupied. Should someone try to remove the device, an alert is sent to the app, the chime will sound, and the aosuBase mini (the inside part of the unit) ensures the footage is kept safe. It can store 8 GB of footage and has a 60-day loop cycle (duration varies by usage/settings); optional Cloud storage available. The aosuBase mini supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz for enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity. The doorbell is also easy to install. You can choose to hardwire it to your home’s existing doorbell wiring for continuous, maintenance-free power or place it anywhere and recharge it using its USB-C charging port. Finally, the doorbell is smart home ready. It works with Alexa and Google Assistant so you can talk to visitors hands-free.
