Use the Brentwood 3-Ply Hybrid Non-Stick Stainless Steel Induction-Ready Frying Pan to fry, boil, sauté, braise, and bake up to 570°F. It's metal-utensil-safe thanks to laser-etched network of ridges raised above a non-stick surface across the pan. The skillet uses 3-ply construction, including an aluminum core sandwiched by stainless steel for durability and fast, even heating. An induction-ready base is compatible with any stovetop including gas, electric, induction, and infrared. Easily maneuver the pan with the riveted, stay-cool stainless steel handle. It's dishwasher safe for incredibly easy cleanup.
