Dryer elements use special coiled wire to convert electrical energy to heat. UL and CSA listed, this part was designed to high standards and manufactured with quality and safety in mind. Make sure to power off the dryer before installing! Be sure to clean out your dryer vent regularly. The main cause of dryer element failure is from overheating, which can be caused by dryer vent restrictions.
