The ERP Replacement WB30T10155 Range Radiant Heat Element supplies the heat to a cooking area on top of the glass cooktop range. It functions similar to a traditional element but is mounted under the glass cooktop surface. Your radiant heat element might have to be replaced if it does not heat when energized by the control or the coils or terminals are damaged. Be sure to disconnect the power either at the breaker box or by unplugging the stove. You may need a stick to prop up the cooktop surface. The radiant elements are held in place by a bracket that you will need to remove. Before removing the radiant element from the bracket, mark the holes being used to hold the element. These brackets are often used on multiple models and may have many mounting holes.
