Your original washer suspension kit might have to be replaced if the washer is making a loud banging sound during the washing cycle and/or is shaking or vibrating noticeably. Sometimes the washer will vibrate excessively if the washer is not leveled properly. The Replacement W10780045 Washer Suspension Kit from ERP supports the washer tub and keeps it stable during unbalanced loads. Check that all leveling legs are in contact properly with the floor. Always replace all 4 suspension rods at the same time. Even though some of the rods may appear to be good, it is important that the spring tension be equal. The spring on a used suspension rod will be worn.
