Wow amazing!

Honestly, this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. The headphones are in perfect, like-new condition. If Verdi ever offers a product testing or review program, I would 100% want to participate. Thank you for offering this at a great price, and for the careful packaging and shipping.

Perfect - as new

Works great, I have never bought from Verdi but the quality is amazing.
Surpassed my expectations. I thought it would be a washed out refurbished product but this was almost as good as a new one. Just a tiny smug which came off easily. Very happy.

Meet Verdi. We find the best deals.

What does "certified refurbished" actually mean?

A refurbished product is one that was returned and then restored to as close to like-new as possible—including replacement parts and updated software where needed. Every refurbished product we sell is certified, meaning it's been restored by the manufacturer or an authorized partner and tested to original standards. Want the full breakdown? Read Refurbished, Renewed, Used… What's the Difference?

Are all refurbished items in equally good condition?

Yes. Every refurbished refurbished product is cleaned and tested to come as close to like-new as possible. We also carry new condition products which are unopened and brand new!

Do your products come with a warranty?

They do. Every refurbished product is backed by our 12-Month Refurb Warranty, and many new products carry longer coverage—1–2 years, and in some cases a Lifetime Warranty. Need specifics on your item? Contact us and we'll help.

Do you accept returns?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items may be opened and inspected and still qualify, as long as they're returned in the same condition you received them and include all original accessories.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error—such as an incorrect or defective item—we cover the return shipping cost.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are typically issued within 5–14 business days after we receive your returned item.
