Great for busy households, the Honeywell Home X7S Smart Thermostat combines convenience, comfort, and energy efficiency with advanced features to elevate your home living space. The built-in occupancy sensor allows the thermostat to intelligently adjust settings to help you save energy and maintain desired in-home temperatures. The sleek 4.3-in. touchscreen display delivers enhanced visibility with the option to choose the color and style of the idle screen to match your home. The X7S also provides humidity monitoring and control (additional HVAC equipment or accessories may be required) and can be adjusted remotely, along with other smart home Resideo video, safety, and water-leak detection products, via the First Alert app. The X7S works with up to 3 heat/2 cool heat pump systems with electric backup or 2 heat/2 cool conventional systems. Matter certified and compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Home, the X7S easily fits into your smart home ecosystem. It also works with Honeywell Home Room Sensors, which are sold separately.
