Never connected to ISP

Product arrived with everything necessary. I followed instructions and it didn’t not connect with Xfinity ISP. I called Xfinity and they came over to try to resolve (just in case it was on their end), but still didn’t connect. I ended up buying a new router which connected perfectly without ISP assistance. This was my first purchase at Verdi and while I don’t think it happens every time, this purchase was not successful. Verdi was quick to send me return label and offered a full refund. So I am happy with their response.

The modem looked pretty much brand new and is working as advertised. I haven’t done any in depth speed tests, but our family hasn’t experienced any lag. The only issue I had was getting the modem registered with Comcast, which tends to be challenging no matter what you are trying to accomplish.
