The PRESIDENT BILL III is the very first PRESIDENT CB radio with P-channels. P-channels are preconfigured memory channels set by PRESIDENT. There are 5 channels - P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5. They use the FM mode, the frequency of an existing CB channel, and a fixed CTCSS/ DCS code allowing targeted communication with other users. This 12-volt AM/FM unit also offers a unique TOT (Time Out Timer) feature, weather channel with alert, scan and scan skip, noise reduction circuit for RX and TX, an LED display, and much more.
