The RCA Digital Optical Audio Cable is used to connect A/V devices with TOSLINK optical connectors, such as A/V receivers, DVRs, DVD players, satellite and cable TV boxes, and TVs. The 6-ft. audio cable provides high-quality digital sound performance superior to normal audio connection since the cable transmits audio signals as light. The cable also comes with two 3.5-mm adapters so the cable can be used for non-TOSLINK connections.
