The Clarity XLC8 50-dB Amplified Cordless Phone comes with a digital answering machine and speakerphone in the handset and base. Pair it with your wireless mobile phone and it will work with or without a landline. Not only does it amplify incoming calls up to 50 dB plus has 4 tone settings, it will amplify outgoing speech by up to 15 dB! You'll appreciate the high -ontrast Caller ID screen with large font in either English, Spanish or French languages. There's also a talking caller ID and call block-call screen feature. Live slow talk slows down real-time conversations and messages on the answering machine. It is hearing aid compatible, TIA-1083 compliant, and offers direct connection to assistive listening devices or headset (2.5 mm or 3.5 mm)
