The handle is well-balanced and ergonomically designed for comfort and smooth operation under heavy use. An ABS chrome plated bolster, matte handle and a debossed logo are just some of the design elements that gives this masher an upscale look and feel. It also features a 1919 Medallion on the stainless steel end cap, paying tribute to the year the KitchenAid brand was founded, and tying the tool in with KitchenAid Electrics.
