I never received my order it was returned to sender multiple time during my process of shipment

I've never purchased a "refurbished" product before, so I was a bit leary about this purchase. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Unit was delivered in a couple of days, well packaged. When I opened the box the air purifier look brand new. Not a mark on it. It had a new hepa filter installed. The directions were easy to get off the computer. I'm happy with this purchase.

Always buy the warranty if you plan to keep it for longer than a year.

This is a Christmas gift…….so I haven’t tried it out yet. But the Dyson hot/cold fan/heater arrived well and in a nicely sealed Dyson box. So far everything looks great!!!

I ordered 3 Arlo cameras. The packaging was the best 120%.
I installed the one camera. Super easy to install.
I have some repairs going on. I've moved two of my older cameras. The newer cameras don't have removable batteries, either remove the cameras a take them to charger or plug the charger into the cameras using a extension cord.
The battery doesn't seam to long as advertised. The one I did install has been in use 16 days and charge is down to 10%

I purchased a refurbished Arlo Smart Hub and I very happy with the purchase. The quick start manual was missing, but Verdi emailed me a copy promptly. I got it up and running in about 15 minutes and another 5 to connect my two cameras attached to the hub.
