The Tripp Lite by Eaton USB-C to Gigabit Network Adapter allows you to connect the USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port on your computer, laptop, or smartphone without a NIC (Network Interface Controller) to a wired Ethernet network, using an Ethernet cable. It’s a more convenient and less expensive way to connect to the network than opening your device and installing an internal Ethernet card. Connect the adapter’s USB-C connector to your device’s USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port, and connect the adapter’s RJ45 port to your network or Ethernet cable. Just plug and play with no drivers or external power supply needed. It’s compact and lightweight for easy carrying in your laptop bag. The USB 3.1 Gen 1 adapter supports full 10/100/1000-Mbps network speeds, allowing you to transfer a lot of data quickly and stream audio and video.
